Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Life Admin, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Life Admin is an organisational tool that helps you track deadlines, renewals, subscriptions, appointments and personal events. It can create events from documents you scan or upload using AI, schedule recurring events, and send reminder emails when you enable them.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter or approve, including dates, amounts and recurrence settings. Life Admin is a reminder aid — it does not make payments, renew contracts or act on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Document scanning uses AI to read invoices, PDFs and images and suggest event details. AI can misread values, dates or currencies. Always review AI-generated information before relying on it — every extracted field is editable before you save an event.

The application assists with reminders, but you remain responsible for verifying important dates and making payments on time.

You agree not to:

• abuse, overload, probe or attempt to compromise the platform or its infrastructure;
• attempt to access another user's data or bypass authentication and security controls;
• upload unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to process;
• use automated means to scrape or resell the service without our permission.

We work hard to deliver reminders reliably and on time, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, email delivery issues and other factors outside our control can delay or prevent a reminder. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Life Admin provides reminder and organisational tools only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed payments, missed deadlines, late fees, lost opportunities, or any direct or indirect damages resulting from incorrect, delayed or missed reminders, or from AI-extracted information you did not verify.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the platform or other users at risk. On termination, your events, preferences and reminder history are removed.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
